David Pinuel started Top Notch Moving at just 25 years old, driven by a deep passion for helping people through one of life's most stressful events: moving. With humble beginnings and a 12-foot truck that wasn't ideal, David persevered with a clear vision and commitment to excellence. Before launching his own company, David gained invaluable experience working for a highly respected moving company.

As a foreman and team leader, he realized the immense satisfaction that comes from ensuring a successful move. It was this experience, combined with the joy of easing people's stress during their transitions, that inspired him to start his own business.

David's leadership at Top Notch Moving is fueled by a dedication to making the moving process as seamless as possible for his clients. From guiding his team through daily operations to receiving positive feedback from customers, David finds purpose in being a key part of their journey.  With over 30 years of experience in customer service, Barbara Swoboda has always thrived on working with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. For the past four years, she has had the privilege of working with Top Notch Moving, a company that truly cares about its clients. Recognizing that moving can be overwhelming, Barbara takes pride in reassuring customers that they are in the best hands, from the professional office team to the crew handling their move with care. At Top Notch Moving, she ensures that the team takes the time to fully understand each client’s needs, making their move as smooth and stress-free as possible.

All managers and drivers are outfitted with the proper endorsements in accordance with DOT and state laws, and they frequently take part in continued education classes.

Move coordinators are trained in the planning and execution of relocations. Each coordinator goes through hands-on training and continues their education in moving and customer service-related courses.
